We are still open but in light of the current situation, we decided last week that we would not be visiting clients (or having clients visit us) for the forseeable future, and we have started cancelling all our upcoming visits outside the office, for the wellbeing of our staff/family, and our clients. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause, but I am sure you agree health comes first. The events unfolded very quickly last week, and thus the last few days have included many phone calls and emails to contact clients about forthcoming visits, and thus apologies if there is delays to some incoming phone calls and emails. We will be returning them asap.
We are still able to provide support remotely for certain situations. and some online orders (this is based on our supplier warehouses and the couriers being able to fufil). We will still able to provide our prechecked and presetup projectors as the stock allows.
There are a few things that are provided digitally for those that are interested, which include ChromaPure and Lightspace calibration software. They will require a meter, but you could order direct from Amazon, or we can ship to you depending on supplies from our suppliers.
As we are now not visiting our clients, we will be trying to use this time constructively, and will be complteting our demo room, and will also starting to add some videos to our youtube channel: Kalibrate Ltd (which should be technical, and informative).
