We reported some issues with broadband and land line on twitter last month as our BT service had totally gone down. This has been resolved now, but we believe that some of the intermittent problems we had before this were causing bigger problems with emails and the phone than we had previously realised, after various discussions with clients.
Therefore if you are still waiting for a response from us from April (any time), please feel free to chase, as it may be that we have not received the message, or have responded, only for it to not arrive with the receipient.
